Spent the last month trying to get a dealership to honour their advertised price during Black Friday sale. Got the runaround from every other dealership. Spoke to the guys in Brandon. Easiest deal I ever made. 0 hassles, 0 BS. They gave me their best offer they could, we accepted. No shifty sales strategies, no hidden costs. Upfront, honest and worthy of my trust and money. Thanks Jay, Ryan and Joel! This had been a painful experience until I called you. Picking up my new truck this weekend!
I've serviced here a couple of times now with nothing but courtesy. They are extremely accomidating. Even when their online system doesn't book me in properly, they honored the appointment and took it in anyway. They are clear about the work being done and have clear estimates before ever starting the work. Only upsetting thing was that I was told they are merging with Murray's. I hope their team here can keep the small town feel and quality of customer care.
We had a problem with our Jeep's electrical system during a cross-country drive and needed a boost almost daily to get our 2023 Grand Cherokee started. Dealers in Wawa and Thunder Bay said they were too busy to help us. It was a completely different story at the Brandon dealership. Despite their full schedule, they checked us in right away, arranged a loaner vehicle for us, recommended hotels and restaurants, and even gave our dog treats! They diagnosed and repaired the issue and had us on the road by noon the next day. We can't say enough good things about Barry (the service manager) and the staff at Murray Chrysler Dodge Jeep! We truly appreciate the friendly and accommodating service we received, and highly recommend their service department.
