Sales Representative

 

At Brandon Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we are looking for a full time sales consultant. This position offers a Base Draw plus commission, 2 weeks' Vacation, Full benefits after 90 days along with an employee RRSP contribution. We offer a full medical benefits package as well.  

 

Responsibilities:

As the Sales Representative you'll be responsible for:

·         Research and qualify potential business opportunities.

·         Build a strong pipeline of potential opportunities to ensure quota is consistently met

·         Consistently exceed sales objectives and quotas (monthly, quarterly, annually)

·         Conduct compelling and engaging product demonstrations in-person

·         Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures for different vehicle offerings

·         Be a highly motivated, driven, self-starter who is willing to spend the time and energy to get in front of top prospects

·         Have strong phone negotiation skills and able to make numerous calls daily.

Automotive Service Manager

A high-volume dealership in Brandon Manitoba is seeking an experienced automotive Service Manager to join our team!

Our ideal candidate has a proven successful track record of at least two years working as a Service Manager at a high-volume, franchise dealership.

Qualifications

·         Minimum 7 years automotive service experience

·         At least 2 years of automotive Service Manager experience is REQUIRED

·         Must have experience with dealer management systems, CDK is preferred

·         Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

·         Prior experience and proven success in leading and managing a team to meet or exceed clear goals and objectives

·         Must be able to work an extended hours schedule, including some Saturday's

·         Strong computer and phone skills

·         Professional appearance and work ethic

·         Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast pace environment

·         Current, valid driver's license

·         Must pass pre-employment testing including a background check

·         Desire to coach and train team to exceed their goals

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multitask

·         Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment


Responsibilities

·         Lead team to achieve aggressive sales goals and profit objectives

·         Drive growth and operational processes by utilizing the following tools, systems, products and software: CDK, Vin Solutions, Dealer Connect

·         Implement and manage best practices that deliver exceptional customer satisfaction

·         Oversee operations in an auto service unit to ensure compliance with quality standards

·         Supervise the activities of service technicians to ensure efficient job performance and timely repairs

·         Oversee the hiring and training of an effective service team

·         Ensure automotive service staff comply with environmental laws and regulations

·         Oversee the procurement of vehicle parts, equipment and various other items required in the service department

·         Follow and adhere to company safety policy
