The new 2025 Chrysler Airflow will be Chrysler’s first electric vehicle

Chrysler is entering the fully electric vehicle segment with its brand-new Chrysler Airflow, one of the most impressive new vehicles to be introduced to the market this year, and certainly one of the most anticipated new electric vehicles in recent memory. The new Chrysler Airflow was first shown in 2019 at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, and earlier this year Chrysler showed us a more advanced, more refined version of the same vehicle.

Here’s what we know so far about the Chrysler Airflow electric vehicle

The Chrysler Airflow will be built on a new EV platform from Stellantis (Chrysler’s parent company) called STLA Medium. This platform will serve to underpin the future Stellantis electric vehicle technology.

The Chrysler Airflow has a claimed 118-kWh battery pack that should provide between “350 and 400” miles of range according to Chrysler. In other words, the Airflow will have enough battery power to go between 560 and 640 kilometres on a single charge.

The interior of the Chrysler Airflow certainly seems production ready. It features a massive screen layout spanning the entirety of the dashboard with three total displays. The first is the digital instrument cluster in front of the driver while the second is in front of the passenger. The centre display stands out with a larger overall screen.

The Chrysler Airflow is expected in 2024 as a 2025 model, although more details are sure to follow in the next few months. If this is what Chrysler has in store for their first EV, we can’t wait to see the rest of Stellantis’ electric vehicle efforts.
